How to Clear the Cache
Clearing the cache can be helpful if you are experiencing any issues that are not corrected by re-launching the app.
Follow the steps below:
1. Go to your home screen and select your avatar on the right and then select Settings from the menu that appears.
2. Select Apps from the Settings screen and then select IPVanish VPN from the app list (If you don't see it listed, Select see all apps and select it from the full list of apps).
3. Select Clear cache.
4. Click OK to clear the cache.
5. Click Clear data
6. Click OK to clear the app data.
Now you can go back to your home screen and re-launch your app.
How to Hide Categories
Within iMPlayer, open the Quick Menu by holding down the Left button. Once the categories are open, click the Left button again to show the Quick Menu.
2. Choose App Menu.
3. Click on Settings.
4. Click on Groups & Channels.
5. Click on Hide Groups.
6. Turn on any category you would like to hide.
